The Different Sorting Conveyor Solutions in Interroll’s HPP Platform
Consisting of various modules that can be customized and adapted to your specific needs, the modularity of the HPP platform enables a huge range of configurations, offering a tremendous level of flexibility and scalability. From the MultiBelt Switch to the 2-in-1 Merge, explore a wide range of modules that let you tailor the platform to your application’s needs. The simple and symmetrical design, as well as the standardization of the modules in the HPP platform, allows for quick and hassle-free installation. All these aspects allow the HPP to be easily integrated into new or existing systems.
Belt Conveyors
Available in straight sections, inclined sections, declined sections, and merges; belt conveyors are fast and robust, achieving speeds of up to 98.42 inches per second (2.5 meters per second). These conveyors are ideal for transporting all types of goods, from cardboard boxes and parcels to polybags. Interroll has designed these belt conveyor sections with new transition profiles that prevent goods from getting stuck at the transition points (the point where conveyor sections meet). These modular belt conveyor sections are available with a gear motor or a drum motor, depending on the application needs. The incline and decline modular sections are available with angles of 6°, 9°, 12°, 15°, or 18°. Strip conveyor merges are available with either 30° or 45° angles; and can be used to separate the material flow when paired with additional sorting elements. The lengths and widths of the modules can be customized based on the application requirements.
Roller Conveyors
The continuously driven roller modular conveyors in the Interroll HPP platform are meant to guide objects or goods that are orientated perpendicular to the direction of travel over to one side and align them properly. Some modules also include a vertically mounted alignment strip to assist with guiding. Interroll’s HPP platform also features the 2-in-1 Merge module which is designed to merge two lines together into one line. The rollers within the 2-in-1 Merge are mounted at an angle that guides the objects either left or right to the center line of the conveyor merge.
MultiBelt Switch (MBS)
The Multibelt Switch is the cornerstone of Interroll’s HPP platform. Enabling throughputs of up to 10,000 parts per hour, the diverting process of the MBS is entirely unique. The MBS brings the advantages often found in the belt conveyor family over to the diverter family, and alternatively, the MBS can be used as an alignment conveyor. Sort products in a stable and reliable fashion with Interroll’s Multibelt Switch found in the HPP platform.

Interroll’s HPP platform offers several different accessories for each of its modular segments including, but not limited to; adjustable conveyor supports offered in various heights, side guides with a zinc-plated sheet steel design, sensor kits, and reflector kits.
