Enclosed track Power and Free Conveyor

Webb Unibilt® Enclosed Track Power and  Free Conveyor Systems are an affordable overhead conveyor solution for carrying light to medium loads. The Jervis Webb enclosed track system features combine the flexibility of traditional I-beam power and free conveyor systems with the innovative enclosed track chain format. These conveyors handle individual loads up to 250 lbs. (115 kg), making them ideal for high-volume production runs or assembly operations. Unibilt® overhead conveyor systems range from simple material movers, to sophisticated computer-controlled material tracking, positioning and material management systems. Regardless of size or the scope of the system, these easily installed conveyors provide a number of advantages including:

Design Flexibility: Use of universal link chain makes shorter radius curves and closer spacing of curve tangents possible, accommodating even the tightest of spaces.

Improved Work Environments: Track design helps prevent external contamination from reaching the chain or track bearing surfaces. Inverted system option also helps to confine dust, grease, and other potential contaminants from getting on the load or carrier, helping to keep both the workplace and product clean.

Modular Construction:  Patented nested end yoke track connections increase ease of installation and help minimize downtime in the event of layout modification.

Design Options:  Unibilt® enclosed track overhead conveyor systems are designed to fit a variety additional applicatons including: overhead power & free systems, over-n-under systems, inverted power & free systems, and hand-pushed trolley installations.

Food Safe:  Ultimation and Webb’s enclosed track overhead conveyor systems may be used in food-safe environments with appropriate component and lubrication selection. This includes conveyors utilizing H1 category food safe lubricants.

Inverted Power & Free Systems offer significant savings through reduced structural and carrier costs, as well as eliminating the need for expensive transfer equipment generally used on floor conveyors. Systems can be designed using on-the-floor, flush-in-floor, or elevated configurations to accommodate specific job requirements.

TESTIMONIALS

“Ultimation’s strongest trait was the ability to complete the installation on time, within budget and with no safety incidents to personal or collateral damage to equipment during the installation.  They were instrumental in keeping the crew motivated during the arduous installation and they worked second shift in order to meet SWRMC’s production schedule.

I enjoyed working with the Ultimation installation Crew and am happy to be able to provide this recommendation. I have great respect for Ultimation as a Company and as professionals and am confident that Ultimation will continue to exhibit positive performance in the business Industry.”
