Understanding the Qimarox range and features of each model

ProRunner MK1

The entry level and lowest price model of the Qimarox vertical lifter range is the Qimarox ProRunner MK1 vertical conveyor. This lifter is known as a ‘discontinuous’ vertical lifter as it moves from one level to another, stops, unloads and then returns. There are multiple size ranges and elevations available. It’s ideal for moving cartons, tote boxes, trays, crates, boxes or bags weighing up to 160 pounds.

Key advantages of the Qimarox ProRunner MK1 are:

  • Small footprint that is easy to fit into even the tightest layout
  • Floor mounted system that is self supporting and requires no additional civil engineering reviews or integration engineering
  • Low-maintenance belt drive system requires no lubrication or periodic belt tightening
  • Able to achieve a duty cycle of up to 360 cycles per hour which supports high volume distribution center conveyor process speeds

ProRunner MK5

Need a faster and more versatile vertical elevator solution? The ProRunner MK5 is a continuous vertical conveyor which can handle even the highest volume distribution center’s needs. Due to its standardized modular design, the ProRunner MK5 has a very attractive price and can achieve faster lead times than custom engineering vertical conveyor solutions. Outfeed heights can be as low as 98″ and as high as 66 feet. The MK5 is one of the Qimarox vertical lifters that have fantastic flexibility.

Key advantages of the Qimarox ProRunner MK5 are:

  • Capacity of up to 2,000 products per hour
  • Suitable for ascending and descending product flows at full load
  • Carriage size from as small as 10″ x 10″ up to approximately 24″x 24″
  • Low in-feed height as low as 30″
  • Each carrier can handle 200 products per hour. Add up to 9 additional carriers to achieve 2,000 product per hour capacity
  • Infeed Conveyor: gravity roller conveyor / powered MDR roller conveyor optional
  • Outfeed Conveyor: gravity roller conveyor / powered MDR roller conveyor optional

Pallet lift Prorunner MK9

The MK9 is a very compact, floor space efficient pallet or vertical conveyor lifter. The carriage can be equipped with gravity roller conveyor or motor drive roller conveyor. It’s an affordable, low maintenance pallet lifter than you can squeeze into nearly any plant layout. The space required for the machine is barely larger than the loads it can carry!

The Qimarox ProRunner MK9 vertical conveyor lifter can handle loads of up to 3,300 pounds. This makes it ideal for pallets, racks, large cartons for appliances, vertical farming trays and other heavy and large loads. Cycle times are 60 cycles per hour or faster depending on load and elevation change. You can even request that the motor be mounted at the lower level or upper level to make the machine easy to look after.

What are conveyor lifts and vertical conveyor systems?

Conveyor lifts and vertical conveyor systems are mechanical devices that are used to transport materials, packages, or items from one level to another. They are typically used in factories, warehouses, and other industrial or commercial settings to move goods efficiently and safely.

A conveyor lift is a type of conveyor system that is specifically designed to move materials or products vertically. It consists of a platform or conveyor belt that is mounted on a frame and is capable of moving up and down to different levels. Conveyor lifts are often used in applications where there is a need to move materials between different floors or levels, such as in multi-story warehouses or factories.

A vertical conveyor system, also known as a vertical lift or vertical conveyor lift, is a type of conveyor system that is used to move materials or products vertically. It consists of a series of interconnected belts or platforms that are mounted on a frame and are capable of moving up and down to different levels. Vertical conveyor systems are often used in applications where there is a need to transport materials over long distances or to move them between different floors or levels.

Both conveyor lifts and vertical conveyor systems are useful for a variety of materials handling applications and can be customized to meet the specific needs of different industries and businesses. They are typically used to move large volumes of materials or products and can be an efficient and cost-effective way to transport goods in a variety of settings.
