Conveyor Stationary Floor Support Leg – 27″ Wide, Adjustable Height 18-1/4″ to 24-1/4″ TOL
Conveyor floor support legs are used for more permanent installations and are typically lagged to the floor. They are available in a range of heights. Floor supports can support a single conveyor at each end, or be used to support 2 conveyors at the butt joint with the support leg being bolted to each of the 2 conveyors.
Features and Dimensions of Stationary Floor Support Leg Model SMS-5-27:
- Suitable for Ultimation conveyors with 27″ overall width (from outside of the frame to the outside of frame)
- Used to support models WSS3 (Gravity skate wheel conveyors), WSC (skate wheel curves), RS19 (roller conveyor) and RC14 (roller conveyor curve)
- Support leg height when assembled is 18-1/4″ to 24-1/4″ top of the leg
- Use linear height adjustment to optimize ergonomics and decline angle to control product speed
- Legs adjustable for angle as well as height (for decline sections)
- Can be used on straights on curves
- Maximum load capacity: 1,500 pounds if secured/lagged to the floor, 500 pounds without floor connection
- Steel frame 2-1/2″ deep x 1″ flange x 14 ga. powder-coated steel
- Paint color: Ultimation blue (other colors available with a longer lead time)

How to Choose the Correct Conveyor Stationary Floor Support Legs:
- Determine that the leg series is suitable for the conveyor model
(MS-Medium Support for RS19 Conveyors) - Determine that the leg series matches the conveyor width (e.g. 18″ wide support leg set for 18″ wide conveyor)
- Determine the height of the supports required by taking the required dimension from the floor to the top of the conveying surface
- Subtract the conveyor height
- Find the appropriate min/max range
