Light Duty Conveyor Support – 12″ Wide – Adjustable 23″ to 38-1/4″
Conveyor floor support legs are used for more permanent installations and are typically lagged to the floor. They are available in a range of heights. Floor supports can support a single conveyor at each end, or be used to support 2 conveyors at the butt joint with the support leg being bolted to each of the 2 conveyors.
Features and Dimensions of RSL-10 Floor Support:
- Suitable for Ultimation conveyors with 12″ overall width (from outside of the frame to outside of frame)
- Used to support models WSS3 (Gravity skate wheel conveyors), WSC (skate wheel curves), RS14 (roller conveyor) and RC14 (roller conveyor curve)
- Support leg height when assembled is 23″ to 38-1/4″ top of the leg
- Use linear height adjustment to optimize ergonomics and decline angle to control product speed
- Legs adjustable for angle as well as height (for decline sections)
- Can be used on straights on curves
- Maximum load capacity: 600 pounds if secured/lagged to the floor, 300 pounds without floor connection
- Steel frame 2-1/2″ deep x 1″ flange x 16 ga. powder-coated steel
- Paint color: Ultimation Blue
- Total weight of this leg set: 15 pounds each
How to Choose the Correct Conveyor Stationary Floor Support Legs:
- Determine that the leg series is suitable for the conveyor model (RSL for RS14 Conveyors)
- Determine that the leg series matches the conveyor width (e.g. 18″ wide support leg set for 18″ wide conveyor)
- Determine the height of the supports required by taking the required dimension from the floor to the top of the conveying surface
- Subtract the conveyor height
- Find the appropriate min/max range
