The Ultimation U11133 automatic lubricator is the ideal solution for keeping your Unibilt chain and trolleys lubricated and running smoothly. The brush-style lubricator drip-feeds the lubricant from the glass receptacle into the brush head, which then brushes the lubricant onto the trolley wheels or chain as they moved through the connected portion of the track. Including a “Z” style mounting bracket and a 1′ Unibilt track section, this bundle fits perfectly into most Unibilt overhead conveyor systems. This brush-type automatic lubricator is the perfect component for providing oil lubrication to the guide and load wheel bearings, as well as to each pivot in the chain assembly. Engineered with an electric On/Off valve, this automatic lubricator can be adjusted to operate automatically when the conveyor is running.
