Itoh Denki HBK-608F 2-Zone ZPA Hybrid Driver Card
The Itoh Denki HBK-608F(P/N) Hybrid Driver Card is a 2-zone driver card with built-in Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) logic engineered to work with the Itoh Denki PM486FH, PM635KT, and PM570KT motorized conveyor rollers. Itoh Denki designed this card with two available sensor connections that can receive the output from a sensor, as well as power the sensor. The HBK-608F(P/N) can control up to two Power Mollers and is equipped with Flexible Zone Recognition to adapt to applications in which multiple sensors may become blocked at once. Users can easily connect between adjacent HBK-608 cards with a communication cable as opposed to hardwiring, ultimately simplifying the wiring and connection process. Variable speed control via rotary switch and direction control via external signal input or onboard DIP switch are just a couple of the many features that make the HBK-608F driver card an ideal solution for various motorized conveyor applications. This driver card includes two power WAGOs (#231-302, 026-000) and one sensor WAGO (#733-103). Itoh’s HBK-608F is compatible with the optional external control WAGO #733-106, but this WAGO is not included with the HBK-608F driver card and must be purchased separately.
IMPORTANT: Driver cards cannot be reconfigured to PNP or NPN output. Please specify which output is needed when ordering.
