1.5″ Diameter Galvanized Steel Roller 22″Long
Replacement roller for gravity conveyors from Ultimation, Hytrol and Ashland. This SKU USRS14G-22-roller features:
- 1.5″ overall diameter
- 18 Ga. galvanized steel tube
- 22″ long to suit 24″ overall width gravity conveyors. See this blog post on how to measure gravity conveyor roller sizes
- Crimped, oiled bearings that are sealer for life and never require any lubrication
- 1/4″ diameter mild steel axle, 22.6″ long
- Spring retained on one end. Push the spring in or pull from the other side to install them into the conveyor frame
- 36 pounds total load capacity. Use closer spacing to handle more weight
- Weight 1.85 pounds
These rollers can be fitted to any system that uses 1/4″ round axles. Various widths are available, as well as special sizes if necessary (minimum order quantities apply for special sizes). Loose rollers can also be ordered with brackets for use separately from conveyor frames.

Gravity conveyors are one of the most cost effective and versatile product lines available. These conveyors are excellent for both permanent and temporary conveyor lines often found in warehouses, shipping departments and assembly areas. Gravity curves and spur options can add to the versatility of straight conveyors. Ultimation gravity conveyors are available in lengths of 5′ and 10′ and widths of 12″, 15″ 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″ and wider. Roller centers are 3″, 4-1/2″ or 6″ between rollers. Frames are steel or aluminum. Diameters available are 1-3/8″, 1.9″, 2.5″ (heavy duty) or 3.5″ (extreme duty).
