Ultimation Spring-Assisted Gravity Conveyor Lift Gate
The Ultimation Spring-Assisted Gravity Conveyor Lift Gate is a gravity roller conveyor gate that provides direct walk-through access across gravity conveyor lines. In its closed position, the spring-loaded conveyor gate acts as another section of gravity conveyor, easily bolting into your conveyor line. When access is needed, simply lift the gate vertically to create a safe path through the conveyor line. The spring-assisted design improves ergonomics by significantly limiting the force required to lift the conveyor gate to 20 lbs., resulting in reduced operator fatigue and smoother warehouse workflow. Compatibility Note
To ensure seamless integration, your lift gate must match the width, roller diameter, and roller center spacing of your existing conveyor line.
- Standard 15″ BF and 21″ BF lift gates feature 1.9″ diameter rollers on 6″ centers.
- The heavy-duty 48″ BF lift gate features 2.5″ diameter, 11-gauge rollers on 3″ centers.
- Before ordering, verify that your existing conveyor section shares these exact roller diameters and center spacings to ensure compatibility.
