The Itoh Denki Slide Open Gate (SOG2) is a slide open gate conveyor system that operates with push button activation. Transfers and gate operation are simplified by using motor driven rollers (MDR). Need enough space for a forklift to pass through? Using the Itoh Denki SOG2 back-to-back allows forklift access through the conveyor line.
The Itoh Denki Slide Open Gate (SOG2) offers a versatile conveyor slide gate system for automated facilities. With an adjustable line speed of 60-197 FPM and a 66-pound load capacity, this automated conveyor gate ensures your throughput remains high while providing necessary access points. This SOG2 is standard-built with a 15” between frame (BF) width and offers flexibility with two height ranges (24”–26” or 27”–31” TOR) and both PNP or NPN output types to match your existing control logic.
