Heavy Duty Gravity Roller Conveyor Set | 51″ Wide x 48″ BF x 10′ Long with 2.5″ Dia. Rollers on 3″ Centers | Includes Supports
Heavy-duty gravity roller conveyors use gravity, rather than motors and electricity, to move items. They are used in assembly lines, warehouses, distribution centers, and even vertical farms. This heavy-duty version can handle medium to heavy loads. Gravity conveyors are modular, allowing you to customize roller centers, decline angles, support stand heights, and centers. This flexibility makes them scalable, allowing them to adapt to changing operational needs.
This heavy duty roller conveyor is available in stocking lengths of 5′ and 10′ and stocking width of 48″ between frame, 51″ overall width. View other length and roller center options here. Need this in a different width? Contact us for a quote.

How to Choose and Configure the Right Heavy Duty Gravity Roller Conveyor
- Choose the right between frame width based on your product dimensions. Allow 1″ clearance on each side. Consider wider widths or fixed and/or adjustable side guides if the product may move sideways on the conveyor as it moves.
- Decide on the conveyor length you need. You can choose from 5’ or 10’ sections. Create your desired layout by easily joining sections together.
- Determine support centers. Support centers are the distance between each support stand. Support must be provided either at 5′ or 10′ intervals for all loads.
- Choose a roller center that will prevent your products from getting stuck between rollers. A roller center is the distance between each roller axle. Our conveyors are built to accept 3″, 4-1/2″, or 6″ roller centers. Note: Your product must be on at least 3 rollers at any given time—more if the product is uneven on the surface.
