Heavy Duty Steel Roller Conveyor Set | 2.5″ Dia. Rollers | 51″ Wide x 48″ BF x 5′ Long
Heavy duty steel roller conveyors help businesses lower labor and energy costs while increasing productivity and efficiency. They use gravity instead of motors, making them a cost-effective manufacturing solution. You can reassemble them as your business scales or to accommodate changes in workflow. They are typically used by distribution and fulfillment centers, warehouses, and assembly areas—and increasingly in vertical farming applications.
Ultimation heavy-duty roller conveyors are available in stocking lengths of 5′ and 10′, with a stocking width of 48″ between the frame and 51″ overall width. Need a wider option? Contact us for a custom quote.

How to Choose and Configure the Right Gravity Conveyor
- Choose a between frame width based on your product dimensions. Between frame is the distance of one side of the frame to the other. Add 1″ on each side of your product to allow for clearance. Consider wider widths or side guides if the product may move sideways on the conveyor as it moves.
- Decide on the conveyor length you need. Lengths of 5′ and 10’ can easily be connected to achieve the length you need.
- Select support centers. Provide conveyor leg support at either 5′ or 10′ intervals for all loads.
- Ensure your product moves on the conveyor without getting stuck in between rollers. Select a roller center distance that allows at least 3 rollers to support your product at any given point (or more if your product’s bottom surface is not flat). You can choose from 3″, 4-1/2″, or 6″ roller centers.
