Heavy Duty Industrial Conveyor | 2.5″ Dia. Rollers | 51″ Wide x 48″ BF x 5′ Long
A heavy duty industrial gravity conveyor is a cost-efficient system that uses gravity instead of electricity. It’s widely used in assembly lines, warehouses, distribution centers, and fulfillment operations. Build your custom layout and reassemble it as your business’s needs change. Depending on your workflow, you can install them permanently or as a temporary setup. The heavy duty version is engineered for transporting bulky or heavier loads.
Ultimation’s heavy duty industrial conveyors are available in stocking lengths of 5′ and 10′, and stocking widths of 48″ between frame (51″ overall width). For wider widths, contact us for a quote.

How to Choose and Configure the Right Heavy Duty Roller Conveyor:
- Choose the conveyor’s between-frame width based on your product’s dimensions. To ensure smooth movement, leave 1″ clearance on each side. If your product might shift sideways while moving, consider a wider conveyor or add fixed or adjustable side guides.
- Determine the length you need. Join 5’ and 10’ conveyor sections to achieve your required length.
- Decide on support centers. Place support legs at 5’ or 10’ intervals for all loads.
- Be sure your product moves smoothly along the roller conveyor without getting stuck. Decide on a roller center that will keep your product supported by at least 3 rollers simultaneously—or more if your product’s bottom surface isn’t flat.
