Self-Contained Conveyor Lubricator System | Automatic | Unibilt Enclosed Track Systems | U2201L
The Mighty Lube single line, automatic lubrication systems for Unibilt enclosed track conveyors are an all-in-one lubricator designed for lubricating a single conveyor line. The U2201L consists of a 5.5 gallon tank on top of the lubricating head unit. This automatic system properly lubricates conveyor chains and open trolley bearings, which results in the extension of the conveyor life and efficiency of the conveyor system itself. These automatic lubrication systems place a precise drop of lubricant at each lubrication point, which eliminates waste and unnecessary overuse of lubrication. Whether your operation only has one conveyor line, or multiple conveyor lines, these automatic lubrication systems are a perfect solution.
Note: This lubrication system is not compatible with bi-directional chain systems.
Note: Mighty Lube® equipment is designed to be operated with lubricants of very low viscosity. The use of standard lubricating oils will not only yield poor results but may in some cases void the warranty. This item does not include any lubricant and ships dry.

Proper lubrication is necessary to decrease system wear and tear, which can lead to unnecessary maintenance.
