Heavy Duty Conveyor Leg | 52″ W | Adjustable Height 22-1/4″ TOL | H-Style Jackbolt
Heavy Duty Conveyor Legs are used for more permanent installations and are typically lagged to the floor. They are available in a range of heights. Floor supports can support a single conveyor at each end, or be used to support 2 conveyors at the butt joint with the support leg being bolted to each of the 2 conveyors.

- Suitable for Ultimation conveyors with 52″ overall width (from outside of the frame to the outside of frame)
- Used to support CDLR conveyors and heavy-duty gravity conveyors
- Support leg height when assembled is 17-3/4″ to 22-1/4″ top of the leg
- Maximum load capacity: 4,500 pounds if secured/lagged to the floor
- Steel frame 4″ x 5.4# structural channel uprights, jackbolt foot with +/- 2″ adjustment

How to Choose the Correct Conveyor Stationary Floor Support Legs:
- Determine that the leg series is suitable for the conveyor model
(JB – Jackbolt Support for RS25 Conveyors and CDLR Conveyors) - Determine that the leg series matches the conveyor width (e.g. 44″ wide support leg set for 44″ wide conveyor)
- Determine the height of the supports required by taking the required dimension from the floor to the top of the conveying surface
- Subtract the conveyor height
- Find the appropriate min/max range
