The Itoh Denki PM570AU serves as a direct replacement motor-driven roller (MDR) for the Ultimation Automated Tire and Wheel Conveyor Trailer. The PM570AU is powered by 230V AC motors which have special features designed for zero-pressure accumulation systems.
Built with a 2.24 inch (57 mm) diameter STKM12 steel tube and a protective trivalent chromate finish, its space-saving internal motor design eliminates the need for external motor mountings.
The motor’s high-impedance and lower torque allow the roller to stall safely for extended periods. As a result, this prevents the roller from forcefully pushing accumulated items against one another, making the PM570AU ideal for applications that require stall periods.
