Interroll DriveControl 2048 for EC5000 RollerDrive with AI Interface
The Interroll DriveControl 2048 is a simple control card engineered for use with the Interroll EC5000 RollerDrive with analog interface. This control system is designed for applications without start / stop operation like roller conveyor curves, mechanical engineering applications, and more. Interroll’s DriveControl 2048 requires external systems because this part does not contain any logic. Smaller applications with a PLC can greatly benefit from the DriveControl 2048, but this may not be ideal for any applications containing more than 10 RollerDrives or applications containing a fieldbus.
- 15-position DIP switch and 7-way digital input for various speed adjustments
- Use a DIP switch or digital input to select the direction of rotation
- Acceleration as well as deceleration ramp control via 8-position rotary coding switch
- Equipped with high-quality status display via LEDs as well as error signal output
- Integral brake chopper limits voltage feedback to 30V
- Ideal for smaller applications containing less than 10 RollerDrives
