Interroll ZoneControl Drive Card for EC5000 RollerDrives
The Interroll ZoneControl drive card is a single-zone control designed for use with a zone sensor and the RollerDrive EC5000. This ZoneControl is ideal for creating stand-alone zero-pressure accumulation conveyors which required no PLC (or higher-level control). The design of this ZoneControl allows for the user to implement additional functions and communication via digital I/Os (inputs and outputs). No PLC necessary: one of the biggest advantages to the ZoneControl is that the ZPA logic is contained within. Use DIP switches to set the RollerDrive speed, direction of rotation, and logic (single or train release). An analog signal can be used to change the speed of all connected ZoneControls. This product is ideal for ZPA (zero-pressure accumulation) conveying systems with a higher number of conveyor zones, and the ZoneControl can be used in applications with or without a PLC.
