Ultimation’s Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor (CDLR) is an excellent solution for transporting large and heavy products such as crates, drums, and pallets. This plug-and-play CDLR is equipped with jackbolt style conveyor supports that provide a 30” top of roller (TOR) measurement that adjust +/- 2”. The pneumatic gate lifts a portion of the conveyor up and out of the walk, creating a safe walkway through your conveyor line to reduce congestion on your plant floor and provide safe access points for maintenance.
This liftgate uses pneumatic technology as opposed to hydraulic technology. The main difference being that pneumatics employ compressed gas (usually air), as opposed to hydraulics which employ pressurized liquids. Due to this, the pneumatic lift gate operates at a much lower pressure, is lighter in weight, moves at a higher speed, avoids cavitation, and is much more economical.
