Programmable Logic Controller Package for Ultimation 24V MDR Conveyor Systems
This Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Package for Ultimation 24V MDR conveyor systems includes everything required to get your 24V MDR conveyor system integrated with your application. This PLC panel package is contained within a wall-mountable NEMA 1 enclosure that measures 24″ high x 24″ wide x 8″ deep. The Ultimation 24V MDR conveyors are “ready to ship” and feature individual zones powered by Interroll or Itoh Denki 24V DC motorized conveyor rollers. - 24-28V DC, 240W, 3-phase 380-480V AC power supply
- 20″ H x 24″ W x 8″ D NEMA 1 enclosure with powder coat finish, wall-mounting capability, and manual lock
- Emergency red e-stop button to halt application at the press of a button
Engineered for Safety
Engineered with an e-stop, we specifically designed this control package to keep every operator safe. The 240W 3-phase 380-480V AC input power supply is fitted with a rotary disconnect to ensure that the panel is de-energized while the enclosure door is open. The enclosure itself includes a locking door to ensure that only the intended people are accessing the inside of the enclosure.
How The PLC Panel Works:
If using an Itoh Denki brand MDR:
- Wire photo sensor and control card I/O into corresponding terminals in the control panel
- Write logic using Studio 5000 software for your conveyor system
- Create a runtime file for the HMI screen using FactoryTalk ViewStudio
If using an Interroll brand MDR:
- Assign network settings for the MultiControl card and connect the control card to your PLC via D-Coded M12 communications ports
- Write logic using Studio 5000 software for your conveyor system
- Create a runtime file for the HMI screen using FactoryTalk ViewStudio
