The Itoh Denki PM486FE-60-LT low temperature motorized roller is designed for freezer conveyor systems and cold storage facilities operating at temperatures as low as -22°F. This 15-inch BF, 24V DC conveyor roller operates in cold environments where standard motorized rollers may lose efficiency or fail.
Featuring a 1.9-inch diameter tube and 7/16″ hex shaft, the Itoh Denki low temp roller integrates easily into standard motorized conveyor frames, making it suitable for both new system designs and replacement applications. The 15-inch motorized roller compact size is ideal for space‑restricted conveyor zones and for moving smaller packages.
This motorized roller for cold rooms features low temperature grease, air removal inside tube, rust proof internal circuitry, reinforced gearbox, and low temp mechanical operation.
Also available for online purchase in 21″ BF, PM486FE-60-366-D-LT. The Itoh Denki low temp motorized roller must be used with Itoh Denki low temperature driver cards CB-016S7-LT or HB-510N-LT.
